This Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy explains the terms under which our original creative works may and may not be used in connection with artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and related automated technologies.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all original creative works created, owned, controlled, licensed, or distributed by TEKNOWERKZ and/or LD50 Records, whether published on this website or made available through any other platform, service, distributor, retailer, streaming service, social media platform, physical media, promotional material, or future medium.

TEKNOWERKZ and LD50 Records do not grant permission for any individual, company, organization, research institution, governmental entity, or other party to use any covered works for the purpose of developing, training, testing, validating, benchmarking, fine-tuning, operating, or improving artificial intelligence technologies without prior written authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Fine-tuning or improving AI systems
• Building or expanding datasets
• Creating embeddings or vector databases
• Text and data mining
• Automated scraping or harvesting
• Music generation
• Style imitation
• Voice cloning
• Audio analysis intended to develop or improve AI systems
• Image generation
• Video generation
• Automated extraction or analysis of melodies, harmonies, rhythms, lyrics, arrangements, vocals, artwork, metadata, branding, or other creative elements
• Any other use intended to support or improve artificial intelligence technologies

No express or implied license is granted for any of these purposes.

Permission Requests

Any individual or organization seeking authorization to use any covered works in connection with artificial intelligence technologies must obtain prior written permission from TEKNOWERKZ and/or LD50 Records before such use occurs.

The absence of a response to any request shall not be interpreted as consent or authorization.

Reservation of Rights

TEKNOWERKZ and LD50 Records expressly reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable copyright, trademark, contract, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained within this policy, this website, or any associated publication shall be interpreted as granting any license, authorization, waiver, or permission to use any covered works for artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in technology, industry practices, or applicable law.
